The van jerks when I am accelerating and I have to back out on the pedal and push it down again and even after this it will still sometimes jerk. I have replaced the fuel filter, Fuel pump, throttle position sensor. I seem to remember this happening once before several years ago and I think it was a sensor on the trans. When running the power doesn't fade away and come back like a fuel pump problem but the van just starts jerking. Please Help! Thanks

Is your check engine light on? If yes turn the key from off to on three times, on the fourth one leave it in the on position, count the flashes.22 would flash as 2 blinks, then a short puase, then 2 more blinks. If several codes are stored, the pause is longer between codes, code 55 will be the last code. Do this and post all codes found.

The check engine light is not on. It does light on original startup so I know it is functional.

With 249,000 O2 sensors are a likely source, and so is the MAF, if fuel injected. These dont set a code quite often.
