I have a short somewhere in my wiring. I had to replace my blinker relay a month ago then a few weeks later when I turned on my blinker my aftermarket stereo would lose power for a second. Now my blinkers do not work at all but my stereo does. Do you have a suggestion as to where I should start on this problem?

check to see if you have a body ground from your battery to body, engine to body and engine to battery. That may be your problem....
