Hi im getting a loud rumbling noise coming out of my passenger side wheel when I turn left.

Hi there,

Jack up that wheel and check for any movement in the bearing (rock top to bottom) there should be none, if so the wheel bearing will be faulty, also have the drive shaft CV joint check, start here.
