I was wondering if you can help me every time it gets cold out side the car seems to flood. but as long as the block heater is pluged in it will start with out flooding

it has all new plugs and wires and have changed a lot of sensers on it but when warms up run perfect dosen't miss a beat

what about coil and also check MAP
