need help starter don't crank

HI,
I have a 1994 plymouth voyageur 3.3L V6
I've changed the neutral safety switch,the starter relay and the starter as well.
still nothing no crank
please, need some help

HI

this is not an answer, but it could help someone.
I finaly resolved my crazy starter problem :twisted: :twisted: , in fact it turned out to be the key lock cylinder :lol:
