98 Caravelle - Massive Oil Loss

While driving, suddenly noticed blue smoke from rear of car. Pulled over, oil all over engine. On right side of engine, rocker arm cover, piece is missing. Oil coming out of where the piece was.
What piece fell off, and how do I repair? Is it worth it? High mileage, 2.2 litre.

Did an internal part go through the valve cover? If so, it had to be a rocker arm. either it came loose or the rocker tower broke. If that is the case, the head will need replaced.
