1999 Other Plymouth Models Spark Plugs

Replaced water pump, car has been backfiring and losing power since, checked spark plugs and all 4 have oil on them, any idea what could be wrong? :S

Check all electrical connections and look at the areas you were in when changing the WP. Make sure the PCV valve is working.
If you have any codes, scan the PCM. Sometimes when working on a car you can inadvertantly break a vaccum line or pinch a spark plug wire etc.
Carefully go over the car, again checking items you disconnected or touched when changing the WP.
