1999 Other Plymouth Models radiator fluid

There is oil in the radiator fluid. What can cause that?

Hi:

If it's motor oil, the head gasket may be bad. If it's transmission fluid, there may be a crack in the trans cooler (part of the rad) allowing ATF to get in with the coolant
