1999 Other Plymouth Models oil in radiator fluid

My car has some oil in the radiator fluid. What can cause this?

Hi:
It could be caused by a bad head gasket. Or, if it's transmission fluid, it could be coming from the radiator's trans cooler. There may be a crack in the rad.
