I was just wondering about how much would I be looking at for someone to replace a timing belt and water pump. Or is it an easy job where anyone like me can do it?

I have a 1998 Neon. It's an automatic and SOHC with 118000 miles or so. Do you think it's worth the money or do you think I can do it myself?
