California Emmisions Equipment Ply Neon. Inspected by Certified State of Texas, Safety / Emissions Station. Passed " tail pipe " Emissions test first inspection, but could not receive Texas Sticker because of 3 Fault Codes, 1- Evap Systems, 2- Cataletic Systems, 3- EGR Systems. Home test by OBD Tester displays none of these 3 Fault Codes, but indicates 5 Fault Codes 300 through 304 (misfires on all cylinders ). State Inspecter advised to drive for prolonged period at 60mph. Drove like recomendations on 4 seperate occasions, but no change in Fault Codes, either by OBD reader or State Inspecter's Code reader. Car runs like NEW, idleing, low sreed or high speed, hard acceleration, etc, What in Thunder is my problem????
