so i jus bought a used 1998 plymoth neon i was wondering if anyone knew wen im posed to change my timing belt a recommended milage.. and also any other repairs at recommended milage..

What I recommend is to follow the maintenance schedule in the owner's manual. It will list all items that need done and at what mileage.
