1997 Other Plymouth Models Dies while driving

Van dies while driving , but if I wait a few minutes it start back up and goes again. It will run and it appears as when it warms up it dies again?

have your crank and cam shaft sensors tested. you can also have it computer scanned at autozone or your local parts palace for free
