I have a 97 Plymouth Neon. When I drive the car and then apply the brakes I hear a creaking sound in the front right area mostly. Could it be the bushings or could it be the shocks and springs need to be replaced? Or could it be something else? I have also noticed that when I go over bumps the front suspension area does make the creaking noise. Honestly I think the shocks and springs need to be replaced. I think they are called springs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:

Mostl likely it's the sway bar bushings.
