My car is leaking oil into the antifreeze. This is a sign of a blown head gasket or cracked head, but this is the only sign that is showing. There is absolutely no antifreeze showing in the oil. No white smoke coming out of exhaust, no antifreeze or smell of antifreeze coming from exhaust. Is there any other reason you can give me that may cause the oil to be leaking into the antifreeze? I do have a oil leak somewhere at the top of the motor located below the breather. Is there any way possible this could be a contributer to my problem? Thank you for taking the time to read this and answer.

Hi there, this will depend on where the failure is. Remember the oil system on the pressure side is higher than the coolant pressure, so fluid will only pass on way. You may have a crack in a head near a high pressure gallery, or near the transfer gallery port at the head gasket. If the oil in the water is severe, you will have to do some digging as the external leak will have no bearing on the issue. If you have an engine oil cooler in the radiator there may be a leak there.
