I have a 1996 Plymouth Neon 2.0 SOHC. The fan on the driver side doesn't work but the other one works ok. Should both fan run at the same time when the rad fan relay is turned on?

Hi:

Check if there is power to the motor that doesn't run. If there is power, chances are the motor is bad.
