Hello. I am a struggling college student and I have 1995 Plymouth neon. I have paid to have the radiator replaced, the radiator fans, and the thermostat. The gauge is still moving up to hot, but the car is not overheating, however the antifreeze is making a bubbling sound when I turn the car off. I am poor, and I can't afford to have the head gasket replaced, what could be the problem?

you may need a new radiator cap.

to check for bad headgasket start the car and fill up the radiator to the top and keep filling till it dont go down any more, then look for bubbles, if lots of bubbles are apppearing then you have a bad head gasket.
