1995 Other Plymouth Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1995 plymouth neon that the fuel pump fuse blows out every time you turn on the ingnition key to start the car. I have already replaced the fuel pump thinking that was the problem but the fuse still blows out everytime I go to start the car. And also the alternator as been replaced. What could be my problem?

Have you checked the fuel pump relay? When you turn on the key it sends power to the relay then to the pump.
