I recently tried to start my 94 Plymouth Sundance Duster and it would not start. This problem started when i replaced the battery and tried to turn the engine. The engine rotates but wont fire because there is no fuel being pumped from the fuel pump. It is the 5 speed manual 3.0L V6 model. I did end up testing the fuel relay and it did work. Then I tried testing the Fuel pump with direct current from the battery And it blew the fuel in the tank about 3 feet so i know that the pump still does work. But when i turn the key it wont pump the fuel. Please help, any ideas?

Is there power to the pump from the relay? If not, there is a broken wire. It could be a ground or the power.
