1991 Other Plymouth Models 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 250,00 miles

In my 91 Plymouth Laser, there is an empty reservoir right beside the brake fluid reservoir. What is supposed to go in there, as it seems empty, and can I fill it up?
Someone said to put brake fluid in there for the clutch, but that sounds crazy. It is a manual 5 speed tranny.

yes fill it with brake fluid, its the clutch master cylinder reservoir.
