what is the flat rate guide for replacing the valve stem seals its a single over head cam no turbo i think a 12 valve not sure 1.8L

Really need more specific info on the engine. Also, you should know that some shops will want to pull the head and do a valve job etc. when the seals can be installed while the head is still on the engine. I don't have access to a time manual, but I'll bet if you googled it a few different ways, you could find out. Good luck.
