1973 Other Plymouth Models fuel pump

have removed bad fuel pump. how do I get new one installed? don't know how to get that lever under the pushrod

Turn engine manualy while pushing up on rod as the cam turns off the excentric lobe then there will be room to replace pump. Hint rod will slip down so take a glob of bearing grease ansd apply to rod this will hold up.
