OBD-II SYSTEM TROUBLE CODE P0743, Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Electrical

Haynes manuel shows Open or shorted condition detected in torque converter clutch solenoid control circuit.

How to fix or replace converter clutch solenoid?

P.S. Transmission hose leaks could that be a problem with Trouble code P0743?
