2000 Plymouth Neon rotors

I need to have my front brakes done and was told that i needed to replace my rotors too due to normal wear and tear..can i just replace brakes and then do rotors later or should i have them done at the same time?

yes you can have them done later but it would be cheaper to have it all done at the same time..
