I have a 2000 plymouth neon that has no keys (lost) Is there a way to have a key made using make model and Vin#or do I have to replace ignition switch and door locks? How do I replace ignition switch w/out key?

The dealer or local locksmith should be able to cut a new key for you without having to replace the lock cylinder..
