2000 Plymouth Neon hot front rims

2000 Plymouth Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i just changed my front brake pads on the car but the rims are getting really hot after driving. what do i need to have fixed to resolve this problem? Is it a master cylinder problem?

Are the front brakes dragging? jack up the wheels and see if they spin easily.
