2000 Plymouth Neon cylinder 4 miss fire

I have replace spark plugs, wires and had the coil pack checked. The check engine code keeps tripping- saying cylinder 4 miss fire. What else would make my car miss fire?

Is the cylender getting spark and fuel from the injector?
