my ? is wut my promblem might be to get my cooling fans to work. I've replaced the temp sensor the frame relay, both fans and nothing so then replaced the PCM the entire motor wiring harness and still nothing the code in the computer is a p1491 that says a open or short in the fan relay curcit. any input would be apriciated

yes i've checked all fuses and relays there all good
