My car wont let me go over 60mph when i do the MPH meter goes crazy, also it just stoped working thought it was battery bought a new still wouldnt start so bought a new starter an it still wont work plz help i need for work or has my car died an also it smells like cat poop when the A\C is on but not with the heater
