1995 Plymouth Neon Correct timing

This is the SOHC 2.0 engine. I had to replace the head when the timing belt broke. I want to confirm the setup for the cam and crankshaft when reinstalling the new belt. There is no adjustment on this model for timing so it has to be right, and I would prefer not to buy another head. Thanks Randy
