"1988 Plymouth Horizon"
1. It is a 2.2 L Engine
2. Automatic Transmission
3. No strange sounds or smells
4. No Leaks
6. New front left control arm.

One morning car started went about.5 KM and then it stalled.

We have tried a new Coil, Relay, Distributer Cap, as well as the cord that goes to the Distributer.

We can get the Engine to crank, but it will not start. We tested for a spark but there isn't any.

Also there is current comming off our new coil, just no spark.

(A day before it stopped working, it also did stall. But I simply pulled over and then I was able to restart it.)
(And about 2 weeks before the main problem it was overheating, due to what I think may be a cracked cylinder head.)

Do you mean power is making it to the coil positive terminal or its coming from the coil wire. If its coming from the coil better double check the rotor and cap it has to make it out of there to get to the plugs.

You won't get spark also if the distributor pick-up coil in the distributor is shorted or open. To include a bad ignition control module.

Try this remove the distributor cap and crank engine over do you see the rotor turning if not the timing belt is gone.
