How do I get to remove the Dash Bulbs ??? All the bulbs work, BUT they are all very dim. The brightener is at maximum. Do I have to remove the front plastic panel??? or do I have to reach under the dash and from the rear, remove the bulbs to check each one??? Maybe the bulbs are old and have to be replaced???, or maybe the bulbs need a cleaning???

Hi:
It they light, they are good. This could be caused by a bad ground or the head light switch itseld. The resister in the switch may be cutting too much power to the dash lights.
