1970 Plymouth Duster V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have just placed a new alternator and new voltage regulator but im mstill not getting a sufficient charge to my battery
what else could it be?

if the belt is tight on the alternator and the battery cables are CLEAN, then it could be a bad battery. Charge the battery on a battery charger then take it to an auto parts store they can check it.
