I actually have a couple of problems.

Number one, The temperature of my heater/air conditioner works great, but it only turns on in the high position.

Question number two: My headlights only work in the LOW BEAM setting. When I switch them to HIGH beam, the lights turn off.

What can I do?

for the lights you might want to try a new bulb. if the high beams still dont work then it might be the switch that needs to be replaced. as for the ac im not sure what to do.

See this thread if your blower motor only works on high -

In the Breeze, the blower motor resistor should be located in the passenger compartment, passenger side, under dash behind the plastic kick plate there.

Your headlights have a seperate fuse for each light bright and dim. It also has a Headlamp Delay Relay. But the switch itself would be where I would start if the bulbs and fuses are good.
