I have a '99 Plymouth Breeze that the heater blower works only on high. I searched other questions & found the blower resistor is possibly bad. My question is where is the blower resistor on this car? Thanks, John

Suggested Repair

Locate the blower resistor near the blower motor or behind the dash in the center under the windshield, then inspect and replace it if the heater blower runs only on high.
