1999 Plymouth Breeze transmission and water mixing?

the water in the radiator has a reddish brown tint and the transmission fluid seems to thiner than normal. i was told i probably need a new radiator, does this sound right?

Cooler in the radiator is no good
need a new radiator
replace tranny fluid filter and flush and coolant too

thank you for answering my question, while i was lookin for a new radiator on line i found condensors also, it was in the same section, do you know what that is? and it is a radiator i need not a condensor right?

Condenser is for AC
you need a radiator NOT a condenser
