1999 Plymouth Breeze Starter removal

i'm trying to remove the starter on this 2.4L DOHC motor..I can't hardly see the starter and I can't find the bolts to get it out..I have the solonoid disconnected but can't locate the bolts..From above or underneith??Please help..Diagram maybe..thank you so much in advance..Maynard
