1999 Plymouth Breeze Oil leak

I have an oil leak somewhere above the filter. Oil runs down dripping off of the filter only when the engine is reved up

That is where the oil sending unit is located. Chances are it is leaking from there. Remove the filter and you will see it. I believe it is around a 20 dollar part.
