Engine is only running on two cylinders. No fire from the #2 & #3 coil terminals.

I suspect the computer needs to be flashed or the crank sensor needs replacement

How does one (flash) the computer? I replaced my crank sensor and now my engine is missfiring very badly. Does anyone have an idea?
