Engine does not turn over in park. when shift to Neutral and apply brakes, engine will turn over. Also there are no brake lights.

Welcome to the forum, Maybe an issue with tranes range sensor. You can use a testlite and check the voltage circuits at the starter relay circuits. As far as your brake lites, I'd check the voltage to and from the brake switch.
