when steering right makes a goaning noise and vibrates through car tie rod ends have ben replaced and cv joints

That has to do with your power steering, usually the problem is a week waterpump, meaning the part of the pump that forces the fluid foward has worn down and doesnt do it effieciently anymore. Does this happen even when you turn the wheel while in park or neutral?
