1997 Plymouth Breeze heating up using water

would you have any idea why this car is getting hot an needing fluid in the radiator almost every time it is driven?

also do you have any idea why this car has problems going up slopes no power ?

The liquid in the radiator must be a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water or it will not cool properly. This may have caused engine damage and causing the second problem.

IF the system is not holding antifreeze then first check the oil to see if it looks abnormal. If okay,Then pressure test the cooling system for a leak.
