1997 Plymouth breeze emissions

The car sat for about 5 months i am now trying to get it road worthy again. The car will not pass emissions. Any suggestions? I have changed the oil and filter so far, any advice will help.

This would mean the Engine light is on? If yes get the codes read, Autozone will do it free....post the results here.
