1997 Plymouth Breeze coil pack no voltage

im getting no voltage to the coil pack with the check engine light codes 12 and 54. ive replaced both the knock sensor and the camshaft position sensor.. and its still not working. any suggestions?

In the power center is the "ASD" relay (auto shut down) have seen them fail on many occasions.Supply power to the PCM and other vital things. Try swapping it with the a/c relay to see if it fixes it
