My car was working fine one day, than the next day the battery was dead. I jumped it and the car started to shake like none other and and if I put it in reverse or drive it shuts off.

Good afternoon,

You have low voltage from the battery being dead.

You need to start by charging the battery to full charge. A jump will not do it. Then check the charging system to be sure the alternator is working.

Beyond that, you may have a draw that is pulling down the battery. I will attach a guide for you to follow for that.
