How do I replace the horn? The fuse and relay are functioning.

Hi: The horn should be located near the lower side of the radiator. There should be one bolt holding it on. Unbolt it, and remove the wiring. Replace it in the reverse order.

you can test horns. is air bag light on ? horn runs thru the clockspring .
