1994 Plymouth Acclaim water pump

I have replaced almost everything on my acclaim that has to do with the enginge cooling system myself recently my overflow cracked so I fixed that as well but it still is overheating when drove a short distance the only thing left is the water pump...correct and where is it located and is it a job for a diy mechanic

Hi:

Have you checked or completed the following?

1- rod out the radiator
2- check cooling fan operation
3- replace both upper and lower rad hoses

Any of the three could cause overheating. Let me know what you hav done so far.
