All turn signals don't work and center brake light doesn't work Other brake lights work. Fuse 16 test good; pulling fuse and depressing brake - no brake lights. Emergency flashers work, so light bulbs and wiring should be ok. Is there a turn signal relay or could the center brake light be wired in series to cause this problem? (What's next to check?)

No turn signals. Brake lights ok, except center. Fuse for brake lights ok.
There is a seperate turn signal flasher, swap the hazards with the turn signal flasher to see if they work. The filament for the turn signals is the same, the turn signal switch just switches the brake lights. If you have no fronts, make sure these bulbs are good. Unless each seperate side both fronts and back work, left front, left rear the flasher won't, it needs both fr. And rear, for breaking the circuit breaker, which is same type as hazards. Use a small flashlight and take a good look at the fuse panel. It says t/signals, three slots. Get these working, for safety, after that check center mounted brake lights, which are a parallel circuit but are usually working, with both rears but all of the brake and turn signals are wired thru the t/sig. Sw. Key on, turn left, check left. One side at a time, than brakes, I will help you if you need it.
