1992 Plymouth Acclaim What now?

1992 Plymouth Acclaim 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My Acclaim died!!! The final sound it made was a low pitch wistling sound. We replaced the fuel filter, pump and relay....It turns over but does not start. Any suggestions on what to do now? It is a 92 plymouth acclaim 4 cyl.
