1992 Plymouth Acclaim Acts like its not getting enough gas

I have a 92 acclaim and it starts fine but wont pick up speed as your driving. It'll go but you cant get over 20 miles and hour. Im not sure the problem but really need help. Like i Said it starts but when your driving it wont pick up speed. Whats my problem?

Any applicable mil codes? How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure.
